my adventures exploring food ​

I am currently a culinary student working toward my bachelor's degree in applied food studies at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. I love all things food and love exploring new areas of food. I also care deeply about the planet and want to take steps toward protecting it. 

This blog will share my adventures in studying at the CIA, travelling and dining out, learning more about food, and fun recipes and things I have learned along the way. Enjoy!
